INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Pull some tape off the roll and place the end on the male pipe threads
Step 2
Wrap 3-5 layers of tape tightly in a clockwise direction around all the threads. Cut the end with your scissors
Step 3
Apply a thin coat of pipe-joint compound to the female threads in the fitting and screw the pipe into the fitting
HOW TO USE
When you are joining threaded pipes for use on gas or water lines, you must use something to seal the joint so it doesn’t leak. The best thing to use a Teflon Tape on the male threads and pipe-joint compound on the female threads. The 1/2-inchwide tape is the best choice for most piping, while 3/4-inch tape is better for 3 to 4 inch piping.

AQUA BLUE PIPE JOINT COMPOUND
