White Glue / PVA
PVA (Polyvinyl acetate) adhesives, also known as white or school glue, are water-based adhesives commonly used in households and various industries such as woodworking, paper crafting, and textile manufacturing. They have a milky appearance, low toxicity, and are easy to clean up with water. PVA adhesives are characterized by their versatility and versatility, making them a popular choice for bonding porous materials such as paper, cardboard, and wood. They form strong bonds that are resistant to water and aging but can be easily sanded or painted over. Some of the limitations of PVA adhesives include slow drying times, limited heat resistance, and reduced bond strength on non-porous surfaces such as metal or plastic.

SYNTHETIC RESIN ADHESIVE
STRONG-FIX GOLD were the first of its kind to be manufactured in India in 1958. Today STRONG-FIX has become synonymous with strong bond in wood and furniture industry. STRONG-FIX GOLD is a Synthetic Resin Adhesive in the form of a milky white viscous paste and is ready to use. STRONG-FIX GOLD gives very strong bond. The bond is so strong that if two wooden pieces are joined with STRONG-FIX GOLD and a hammer is hit heavily. the wood will give way but not the STRONG-FIX bond.
Uses:
For bonding wood, plywood, laminates, veneers, particle board, block board/hard board, MDF to each other. Pencil mfg., sports goods, paper labeling, paper tube, wall paper, carpet mfg. Also recommended for bonding any two material where at least one of them is porous eg. paper, card board, particle board etc. Other related applications.
How to Apply:
STRONG-FIX GOLD can be applied with brush, roller, spreader or fingers. The usual procedure to be followed is: Clean both the surfaces to be bonded. Apply a thin coat of STRONG-FIX GOLD on both or one surface (as per requirement). Press the two surfaces together and keep under pressure till the adhesive dries completely. Excess adhesive presssed outside the joints should be wiped out with a wet cloth.

FAST SETTING SYNTHETIC RESIN

How to Apply:
Make sure the surfaces to be bonded are properly Cleaned and free from dust, dirt, oil, etc. Apply STRONGFIX POWER on both the surfaces to be bonded. In case one surface is more porous than other, the adhesive should be applied first on the less porous surface.
Finish applying the adhesive and pressing of the surfaces to be bonded with in 10 minutes. Keep both the surfaces under pressure with tape, nail etc. The bonded surfaces achieve handling strength in just 1.5 to 2 hours. Time to achieve bonding strength depends on the environmental conditions.

SYNTHETIC RESIN ADHESIVE

This may result in opening of joints and debonding of laminates inspite of using good quality material e.g. Marine plywood. STRONG-FIX AQUA is specially designed for bonding in furniture, which is exposed to water or placed in high humidity areas.
